SUSPENSION:FRONT:MACPHERSON STRUT

Manufacturer
Hyundai Motor America
What Happened
The front strut in your vehicle is a key part that helps keep your car steady while driving. In some 2026 Tucson Hybrid and Elantra models, the fasteners that hold it in place might not be tightened correctly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fasteners aren't secure, your steering wheel could start to wobble or feel loose while driving. This could cause you to lose control of the vehicle, which increases the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your Hyundai dealer will inspect and tighten the front strut assembly fasteners, and if needed, realign your wheels – all at no cost to you. You should schedule this repair as soon as you get the recall notice.
