What Happened
Your 2021 Rogue's fuel pump may be wearing out and could overheat, causing it to fail.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuel pump fails, it could cause your engine to stall, which may increase the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
We'll replace the fuel pump assembly for free at a Nissan dealership. You should schedule an appointment with your local dealership as soon as possible, and you can contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669 for more information (Nissan's recall number is R21B8).

Original — What Happened
Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2021 Rogue vehicles. Abnormal wear inside the fuel pump may cause it to overheat and fail.
Original — Risk if Unfixed
Fuel pump failure may cause an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will replace the fuel pump assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 27, 2022. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669. Nissan's number for this recall is R21B8.

What Happened
Your 2021 Nissan Rogue's fuel hose might not be properly secured, and the fuel tank lock ring might not be fully seated.
Risk if Unfixed
If not fixed, the fuel hose could leak, which could cause a fire, or it could disconnect, causing your engine to stall and potentially leading to a crash.
Free Fix
Nissan will inspect and fix the issue for free, repositioning and securing the fuel hose and lock ring if needed. They'll notify you when it's time to schedule the repair, and you can also call them at 1-800-867-7669 or reference recall number PC791.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2021 Nissan Rogue vehicles. The fuel hose may not be secured in the proper position and the fuel tank lock ring may not be fully seated.
