What Happened
The rear seat belt anchorage bolts in the rear outboard seats of your vehicle may not be tightened correctly.

If there's a crash, you may not be properly restrained, which could increase your risk of injury.

You should take your vehicle to an authorized dealer, where they will inspect and tighten the anchorage bolts to the correct torque level, free of charge.
