What Happened
The master cylinder is a crucial part of your vehicle's braking system. It helps apply the brake fluid that presses the brake pads against the wheels to stop the car. In certain cases, the seal in your master cylinder can fail and leak brake fluid.
Risk if Unfixed
If the brake fluid leaks out, your brakes won't work properly. This can cause your vehicle to stop less effectively, which can lead to a serious accident.
Free Fix
Your vehicle's manufacturer will likely contact you about this issue, but you can also reach out to Cardone directly at 1-800-777-4780. They'll work with you to replace the faulty master cylinder or repurchase it, completely free of charge.
