What Happened
The battery in your Jeep Wrangler 4Xe or Grand Cherokee 4Xe is a high-voltage power source that helps your electric motors run. In some cases, this battery can fail internally.
Risk if Unfixed
If your battery fails while parked or driving, it could catch fire, which increases the risk of serious injury.
Free Fix
Your Jeep dealer will update the battery software and replace the battery, if necessary, at no cost to you. You should park your vehicle outside and away from buildings, and avoid charging it until the repair is done.

Original — What Happened
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe and 2022-2026 Grand Cherokee 4Xe vehicles. The high voltage battery may fail internally and lead to a vehicle fire while parked or driving.
Original — Risk if Unfixed
A vehicle fire can increase the risk of injury.
Original — Remedy
Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures and not to charge their vehicles until the remedy is completed. Dealers will update the high voltage battery software, and replace the high voltage battery, as necessary, free of charge. Some owner notification letters were mailed beginning December 17, 2025. The remaining owner notification letters will be mailed at a later date. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 68C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning November 6, 2025. Vehicles that were previously recalled for the same issue under NHTSA Recalls 24V720 and 23V787 will need to have the new remedy performed.

What Happened
Your vehicle has the wrong wiring harness installed, which can cause problems with your trailer lights.
Risk if Unfixed
If your trailer lights don't work, other drivers might not see you, which can increase the risk of a crash.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2024 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. The incorrect dash wiring harness was installed, which can result in inoperative trailer lighting. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

What Happened
The instrument cluster in your Jeep Gladiator or Wrangler is the part that shows you important information like your speed and warning lights. In some 2020-2024 models, this cluster can short circuit and stop working.
Risk if Unfixed
If your instrument cluster fails, you'll lose access to critical safety information like your speed and warning lights. This can increase the risk of a crash, especially at high speeds or in low-visibility conditions.
Free Fix
Your Jeep dealer will replace the faulty instrument cluster with a new one, completely free of charge. When you get the recall notice, schedule the repair as soon as possible to get back to safe driving.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Jeep Gladiator and 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. The instrument panel cluster may experience an internal short circuit and fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101, "Controls and Displays."
