SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC

Manufacturer
BRAKE PARTS, INC.
What Happened
The brake master cylinder in your vehicle is a critical part that helps you stop safely. Unfortunately, some aftermarket master cylinders made for Ford, Chrysler, and Jeep vehicles, including some sold under the names NAPA, Raybestos, and others, could be faulty.
Risk if Unfixed
If the brake fluid leaks because of the faulty master cylinder, your vehicle's brakes won't work as well, especially in cold weather. This could cause you to stop farther back than usual, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your brake master cylinder will be replaced for free. Your dealer will swap it out with a new, reliable one, and you should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice.
