Manufacturer
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)
What Happened
The front seat belt buckle is a crucial part that keeps you safe when you're driving. In certain Honda models from 2017 to 2020, a manufacturing issue can cause the buckle to get stuck, making it hard to click in safely.
Risk if Unfixed
If the buckle gets stuck, you could be at risk of injury in the event of a crash because the seat belt won't hold you in place properly.
Free Fix
Your Honda dealer will replace the faulty buckle release button or the entire buckle assembly for free. Just schedule the repair when you receive the recall notice, and they'll take care of it at no cost to you.
