What Happened
The fuel pump in your vehicle is responsible for delivering gasoline from the tank to your engine. In some models, this pump can fail, causing problems for your car.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuel pump fails while you're driving, your engine could stall, making it hard to control your vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your Honda dealer will replace the faulty fuel pump module with a new one at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice and follow the instructions from the letter.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2013-2023 Honda Accord, Civic Coupe, Civic Sedan, Civic Hatchback, Civic Type R, CR-V, HR-V, Ridgeline, Odyssey, Acura ILX, MDX, MDX Hybrid, RDX, RLX, TLX, 2019-2022 Honda Insight, Passport, 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid, 2018-2019 Honda Clarity PHEV, Fit, and 2015-2020 Honda Accord Hybrid, Pilot, Acura NSX vehicles. The fuel pump inside the fuel tank may fail.

What Happened
The fuel tank in your vehicle is the part that holds the gasoline. In some 2015-2016 models, the welds on this tank are not strong enough and could break, causing fuel to leak out.
Risk if Unfixed
If the tank leaks and an ignition source is nearby, you could be at risk of a fire. This is a serious safety issue that could cause damage to your vehicle and potentially harm you or others.
Free Fix
Your dealer will replace the faulty fuel tank with a stronger one, at no cost to you. You should schedule this repair as soon as you get the recall notice, and it will be done free of charge.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain model year 2015 Acura MDX 2WD and MDX 4WD vehicles, 2016 Acura MDX 4WD vehicles, 2015-2016 Honda Odyssey vehicles, and 2016 Honda Pilot 2WD and 4WD vehicles. The affected vehicles have fuel tanks that were manufactured with insufficient welds which may separate and allow fuel to leak out.

What Happened
The wheelchair restraint system in your vehicle is designed to keep your wheelchair secure while you're driving. The retractors are the parts that lock your wheelchair in place, but in certain vehicles, these retractors might not work properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the retractors fail to lock, your wheelchair could move around while you're driving, which could cause you injury or make it hard to control your vehicle.
Free Fix
Your dealer will inspect and replace the retractors as needed, completely free of charge. You should schedule the inspection and repair as soon as you get the recall notice to ensure your safety.

Rollx Vans (Rollx) is recalling certain GMC Yukon, Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, E-250, Toyota Sienna, Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Voyager, Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. Please refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

What Happened
The lever on your second row seats can fold them down to access the third row. However, due to a manufacturing error, it could get stuck or unlock unexpectedly, allowing the seat to fold down without you realizing it.
Risk if Unfixed
If the seat back folds down while you're not expecting it, you could be injured during a crash, especially if you're sitting in that seat.
Free Fix
Your Honda dealer will check the seat's operation and install a support bracket to keep it secure. If necessary, they'll replace the entire seatback frame to ensure it works correctly, all at no cost to you.

Original — What Happened
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2014-2016 Honda Odyssey vehicles. The second row outboard seats have a lever to fold the seatback and slide the seat forward to access the third row seats. Due to a manufacturing error, if the walk-in release lever is used to fold a fully reclined left outboard seatback forward, the seatback may stay in the unlocked position (free-folding) or unexpectedly unlock without engaging the walk-in or recliner lever.

Honda will notify owners, and dealers will confirm proper operation of the second row left outboard seatback, and install a support bracket to the seat recliner. If the seatback cannot lock, dealers will replace the seatback frame assembly. These repairs will be performed free of charge. The recall began May 7, 2018. What Happened
The second row seats in your Honda Odyssey have a feature that lets them slide sideways. If not installed correctly, the seat may not latch properly to the floor.
Risk if Unfixed
If the seat isn't securely fastened, it could tip forward when you stop suddenly, increasing the risk of injury to you or your passengers.
Free Fix
Your Honda dealer will add a reinforcement bracket to the floor strikers to ensure the seat stays securely in place – and this repair is completely free. You'll receive a notification with instructions on how to schedule the fix.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2011-2017 Honda Odyssey vehicles. The second row outboard seats can slide sideways to one of two positions. If a seat is placed between either of the two positions when attaching the seat to the vehicle floor, the seat will not latch properly to the seat striker, allowing the seat to tip forward unexpectedly during braking.

The affected vehicles have second row outboard seats that have a release lever that allows the seats to move for easier access to the third row of seats.
