What Happened
The fuel pump in your vehicle is the part that helps get gasoline from the tank to your engine. In certain models, this pump can fail without warning while you're driving, which can cause your engine to stall.
Risk if Unfixed
If the pump fails on the road, your engine could suddenly shut off, making it hard to control your vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized Honda dealer will replace the faulty fuel pump module with a new one, at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice in the mail.

Original — What Happened
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2013-2023 Honda Accord, Civic Coupe, Civic Sedan, Civic Hatchback, Civic Type R, CR-V, HR-V, Ridgeline, Odyssey, Acura ILX, MDX, MDX Hybrid, RDX, RLX, TLX, 2019-2022 Honda Insight, Passport, 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid, 2018-2019 Honda Clarity PHEV, Fit, and 2015-2020 Honda Accord Hybrid, Pilot, Acura NSX vehicles. The fuel pump inside the fuel tank may fail.

Fuel pump failure can cause an engine stall while driving, increasing the risk of a crash.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will replace the fuel pump module, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed September 6, 2024. Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's numbers for this recall are KGC and KGD. This recall is an expansion of NHTSA recall numbers 21V-215 and 20V-314.

What Happened
The fuel tank in your modified Honda Odyssey is the part that holds gasoline. In some 2018-2021 models, it's possible for the tank to overfill and leak fuel into the charcoal canister.
Risk if Unfixed
If fuel spills into the charcoal canister and an ignition source is nearby, it could cause a fire.
Free Fix
Your dealership will inspect the fuel system and replace the tank and charcoal canister if a leak is found. This repair is free, and you'll be notified when it's time to schedule the work.

Original — What Happened
Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2018-2021 Braun-modified Honda Odyssey vehicles. The fuel tank assembly installed by Braun may be susceptible to the fuel tank overfilling into the charcoal canister. If the charcoal canister fills with a sufficient amount of fuel, fuel may leak out.
Original — Risk if Unfixed
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of fire.
Original — Remedy
Braun will notify owners, and dealers will inspect vehicles. If evidence of a fuel leak is present, a new fuel tank assembly and a new Honda charcoal canister will be installed, free of charge. The recall began February 22, 2021. Owners may contact Braun customer service at 1-800-488-0359.
