EXTERIOR LIGHTING
Manufacturer
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)
What Happened
The amber side reflector in your Dodge Journey is a small part that helps make your vehicle visible to other drivers at night. In some 2017-2018 models, this reflector may not be shining brightly enough.
Risk if Unfixed
If the reflector is too dim, other drivers may have trouble seeing your vehicle, especially when you're turning or changing lanes. This could increase the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your dealer will replace the headlight assemblies with new ones that have a brighter reflector, all at no cost to you. You'll get a notice in the mail, and you should schedule the repair as soon as you can.
