What Happened
The rearview camera in your Ram ProMaster or Dodge Journey helps you see what's behind your vehicle. However, there's a problem with the camera's brain - tiny cracks in its microprocessor can cause the image to disappear or distort.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rearview image doesn't show up or shows up distorted, you'll have a blind spot behind your vehicle, making it harder to avoid collisions and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will replace the rearview camera for you, free of charge. You'll get a letter about the issue and the repair, and you should schedule the fix as soon as possible.
