What Happened
Your Ram 4500 or 5500 pickup truck has a front control arm that helps stabilize the front of your vehicle. In some 2015 models, the weld on this control arm might not be strong enough.
Risk if Unfixed
If the weld is weak, the control arm could fail while you're driving, making it harder to steer your truck and increasing the chance of a crash.
Free Fix
Your dealer will inspect the control arm and replace it for free if necessary. This repair is complimentary, and you should schedule it as soon as you get the recall notice.
