EXTERIOR LIGHTING
Manufacturer
BMW OF NORTH AMERICA, LLC
What Happened
Your vehicle's side marker lights may not be working due to a missing power supply cable. These lights help make your vehicle visible to other drivers, especially at night or in bad weather.
Risk if Unfixed
If your side marker lights don't work, you may be harder to see to other drivers, which could increase the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
BMW will install the missing power supply cables for the front side marker lights for free. You'll need to contact BMW to schedule the repair, which is expected to start in May 2010.
