What Happened
Your headlight system includes the headlamps that illuminate the road ahead and the side markers that help others see your vehicle. In some replacement headlamps made for your Lincoln MKZ (2013-2016 model years), the beam pattern is incorrect, side markers might not turn on, and safety labels are missing.
Risk if Unfixed
If you drive with these faulty headlamps, you might have reduced visibility at night, or other drivers might not notice you, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your dealer will inspect and replace the headlamps for free if necessary. You can contact them directly for an appointment, and they will handle the rest at no cost to you.
