What Happened
The driver-side floor liner in your Jeep Wrangler is a protective mat that helps keep your interior clean. In certain Quadratec liners, the attachment point can tear when it's exposed to high temperatures, causing the liner to shift forward.
Risk if Unfixed
If the liner shifts forward, it could block your accelerator pedal, making it harder to control your vehicle. This could lead to unintended acceleration, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Quadratec will either replace your liner with a new one or provide a hook guard kit to help secure it in place – both are free of charge. You should contact Quadratec or check your mail for more information.
