What Happened
The hydraulic brake hose in your Odyssey is crucial for transferring brake fluid to your front wheels. Unfortunately, some 2009 models got the wrong hoses installed during assembly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the brake hose leaks, you won't notice it at first, but it will cause your brakes to fail gradually. Eventually, you won't be able to stop your vehicle, which increases the risk of a serious crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized Honda dealer will inspect and replace the faulty brake hoses with the correct ones, all for free. You should schedule the repair as soon as possible when you receive the recall notice.
