Component
FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE:DELIVERY
Manufacturer
VOLVO CARS OF N.A. LLC.
What Happened
The fuel line in your 2010 XC90 is a critical pipe that brings gasoline from the tank to your engine. In some cases, it can develop a leak between the pipe and its connection.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuel line leaks and there's an ignition source nearby, it could catch fire at the right front wheel — a serious hazard that could cause damage or injury.
Free Fix
Your authorized Volvo dealer will inspect the fuel line and replace it with a new one if necessary, free of charge. You should schedule this inspection as soon as possible.
