What Happened
The fuel pump in your vehicle is the part that sends gasoline from the tank to your engine. Over time, in hot climates and with varying fuel quality, it can develop cracks in the fuel pump flange.

If this happens, you might smell fuel or see a leak. If there's an ignition source nearby, it could catch fire.

What Happened
In your vehicle, the starter solenoid is a critical part that helps the engine start. Due to an assembly error, the B+ terminal and starter motor solenoid might conflict, causing a short circuit.
Risk if Unfixed
If this happens, smoke could appear from under the hood and you might struggle to start the car. If the short circuit occurs while driving, the dashboard warning lights could go out, and you might lose power to the vehicle. In the worst case, an electrical short could cause a fire.
