VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER

Manufacturer
VOLVO CARS OF N.A. LLC.
What Happened
The wiper arms on your vehicle are the parts that move back and forth to clear snow and water from your windshield. In extreme winter weather, if you don't lift the wiper arms and clean the windshield before driving, the arms could slip off their metal rods.
Risk if Unfixed
If the wiper arms slip off, you'll lose control over the windshield wipers. This means you won't be able to clear snow and water from your windshield, which could lead to a crash due to poor visibility.
Free Fix
Your Volvo dealer will replace the wiper arms and the metal nuts that hold them in place – completely free of charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as possible to stay safe on the road.
