What Happened
The headlight on the driver's side of your Sentra uses LED technology to illuminate the road. Unfortunately, some 2020 models might have the headlight aimed incorrectly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the headlight is misaligned, it could reduce your visibility while driving at night, making it harder to see the road and other cars, and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your Nissan dealer will replace the improperly aimed headlight with a new one that's correctly adjusted, and this repair is completely free. You should schedule the fix as soon as possible.

Original — What Happened
Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2020 Sentra vehicles, equipped with LED headlights. The right-hand headlight aim may be misaligned. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamp, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Dealers will replace the right-hand headlight, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 10, 2022. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669. Nissan's number for this recall is R20B4.
