What Happened
The wheelchair restraints in your vehicle are designed to keep your wheelchair securely in place while driving. In some 2021-2026 Honda, Chrysler, and Toyota vehicles, the retractor system might not lock properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the retractor doesn't lock, your wheelchair could shift during transit, which could lead to serious injury, including bruising, cuts, or even head trauma.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect and replace the retractor system at no cost to you. You should schedule this repair as soon as possible, and you can contact Vantage Mobility at 1-800-488-9082 if you have any questions or concerns.
