What Happened
The power windows on your 2011 Honda Odyssey control the glass that rolls up and down. In some cases, this glass can come loose and fall out of its track, making it impossible to roll it up or down.
Risk if Unfixed
If the glass falls out, it could shatter into the cabin and hurt you or your passengers. This is a serious safety risk.
Free Fix
Your Honda dealer will replace the glass on your driver's and/or passenger's front door, free of charge. You'll receive a notice with the next steps and should contact Honda customer service at 1-800-999-1009 to schedule the repair.
