What Happened
The Readymount assembly in your car is a part that helps stabilize your vehicle's suspension. It's used on certain Ford Focus models from 2000 to 2005. Unfortunately, some of these assemblies were assembled without a crucial washer, which could cause them to come apart during installation or while driving.
Risk if Unfixed
If the Readymount assembly separates during installation, you or the mechanic could get hurt. If it separates while you're driving, it could damage your vehicle and even cause a crash.
Free Fix
Your Readymount assembly will be inspected, repaired, or replaced by Ride Control at no cost to you. They'll set up an appointment to take care of this as soon as possible.
