What Happened
The fuel filter is a safety device that cleans the gasoline in your vehicle's fuel system. The Purolator fuel filter, which was sold from January to June 2006, might not connect properly to your vehicle.
Risk if Unfixed
If this connection is loose, fuel could spill out and, if there's an ignition source nearby, a fire could start.
Free Fix

DUE TO INCORRECT DESIGN, THE QUICK CONNECTORS MAY NOT FULLY SEAT WITH THE TUBE INTERFACE, EVEN THOUGH THE PERSON MAKING THE CONNECTION MAY BELIEVE THAT THE QUICK CONNECTOR IS FULLY ATTACHED.

The Ride Control ReadyMount assembly is a critical part that helps control the movement of your vehicle's suspension. In certain after-market kits for 2000-2005 Ford Focus vehicles, this assembly was installed without a crucial washer, which can cause it to come apart.

The pawl on your rear door latch can get stuck due to corrosion, making it hard to open or close the door.
Risk if Unfixed
If the door doesn't latch properly, it could open while you're driving, and you or a passenger could fall out, getting hurt.
Free Fix
Your Ford dealer will add a protective seal to the door and check the rear door latches to keep them working smoothly. If they need it, they'll replace the latch. You'll also get a sticker with instructions on how to keep the latch well-lubricated to prevent future problems. The repair is free.
