AIR BAGS:FRONTAL:PASSENGER SIDE:INFLATOR MODULE

Manufacturer
Mazda North American Operations
What Happened
Your passenger airbag's inflator is a critical safety device that deploys in a crash to cushion your head and neck. In some 2003-2008 Mazda6, 2004-2005 MPV, 2004 RX-8, and 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed6 vehicles, this inflator could fail catastrophically.
Risk if Unfixed
If the inflator explodes, it could send sharp metal fragments flying into you or your passengers, causing serious injury or even death.
Free Fix
Don't drive your vehicle until you get it fixed. Mazda will replace the faulty inflator with a safer one, at no cost to you. Contact Mazda customer service at 1-800-222-5500, option 4, or visit your dealer to schedule the repair.
