What Happened
The driver's airbag in your vehicle is designed to deploy in a crash to protect you. In some 2003-2008 Mazda6, RX-8, and Mazdaspeed6 models, the airbag's inflator might not work properly due to exposure to moisture or manufacturing issues.

If you're in a severe crash and the airbag deploys, it could burst apart and send metal fragments into you or other passengers, causing severe injury or even death.
