AIR BAGS:FRONTAL:PASSENGER SIDE:INFLATOR MODULE

Manufacturer
Mazda North American Operations
What Happened
The passenger airbag in your vehicle is designed to protect you in a crash. Unfortunately, the inflator that makes the airbag deploy could explode and send sharp metal fragments flying, putting you and your passengers at risk.
Risk if Unfixed
If the inflator explodes, sharp metal shards could hit you or your passengers, causing serious injury or even death. This is a very serious safety risk that can happen at any time, not just in a crash.
Free Fix
Your Mazda dealer will swap out the faulty airbag inflator for a safer one, and they'll do it for free. Don't drive your vehicle until you've scheduled the repair, and then contact them to get it done as soon as possible.

Original — What Happened
Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain 2003-2008 Mazda6, 2004-2005 MPV, 2004 RX-8, and 2006-2007 Mazdaspeed6 vehicles. An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death.
Original — Remedy
Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until the remedy is performed. Mazda will notify owners, and dealers will replace the front passenger air bag inflator with an alternate one, free of charge. The recall began December 3, 2019. EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS

Manufacturer
DOPE, INC.
What Happened
The headlight assembly on your vehicle has a small reflective piece called an amber side reflector that helps other drivers see you from the side. The headlight assembly I'm talking about is an aftermarket part, which means it was installed on your vehicle by a third-party company, not the original manufacturer.
Risk if Unfixed
If the amber side reflector is missing, your vehicle's headlight assembly might not be visible to other drivers from the side, especially at night or in low-visibility conditions. This could lead to a vehicle crash because other drivers might not see you coming.
Free Fix
Your manufacturer will contact you to arrange for a full refund for the non-compliant headlight assembly. You don't need to take any action, but you should keep an eye out for the notice to ensure you get the refund.
