What Happened
The wheelchair restraint system in your vehicle is designed to keep your wheelchair securely in place while moving. In some 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna models, the retractor mechanism might not lock properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the retractor doesn't lock, your wheelchair could shift or even fall while you're driving, putting you at risk of serious injury.
Free Fix
Your dealer will inspect and replace the retractor with a new, reliable one at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice, and you can reach Vantage Mobility customer service at 1-800-488-9082 for more information.

Original — What Happened
Vantage Mobility, LLC (VM) is recalling certain 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
