What Happened
The wheelchair restraint system in your vehicle is designed to keep your wheelchair safe while you're driving. However, in some affected models, the retractors might not lock properly, which can leave your wheelchair unsecured.
Risk if Unfixed
If the retractor doesn't lock, your wheelchair could shift during transit, putting you at risk of injury, especially in the event of sudden stops or sharp turns.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect and replace the retractors with new, secure ones at no cost to you. You'll receive a notification letter with instructions on how to schedule the repair.
