What Happened
The wheelchair restraints in your vehicle are designed to keep your wheelchair safely secured while you're driving. However, in some 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna models, the retraction mechanism might not lock properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the restraints don't lock, your wheelchair could shift during transit, putting you at risk of injury.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect the retraction system and replace it with a reliable one, free of charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice.

Original — What Happened
Vantage Mobility, LLC (VM) is recalling certain 2021-2026 Honda Odyssey, 2021-2025 Chrysler Pacifica, and Toyota Sienna vehicles equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
