What Happened
Your vehicle is equipped with a special restraint system that helps secure wheelchairs during transit. The latches and anchors on this system might not work as intended, causing the wheelchair to become loose.
Risk if Unfixed
If the wheelchair restraint system fails, the chair could move around while you're driving, putting you and the person in the chair at risk of injury.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect and replace the retractors in your wheelchair restraint system at no cost to you. Look for a letter from Vantage Mobility for more information and schedule the repair as soon as possible.
