Component
VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER
Manufacturer
GENERAL MOTORS CORP.
What Happened
Your windshield wiper system is made up of several parts that work together to keep your windshield clean. In some cases, water can get inside the wiper module and cause problems such as short circuits or corrosion.
Risk if Unfixed
If this happens, your wiper system may not work properly, which could reduce your visibility while driving. In bad weather, this could lead to a crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect and fix any damaged parts in your wiper system. They'll cover a small hole in the wiper module and replace the wiper motor, circuit board, and electrical connector if they've been damaged - all at no cost to you.

DEPENDING ON THE OCCURRENCE AND WEATHER SITUATION, DRIVER VISIBILITY COULD BE REDUCED, WHICH COULD RESULT IN A CRASH.
