What Happened
Your vehicle's rear floor plan is the metal structure underneath your third row seat. In some cases, there's a missing weld on this part, which can weaken its strength.
Risk if Unfixed
If you're in a crash, the third row seat and safety belt anchorage might not work as well as they should. This could lead to more serious injuries for you and your passengers.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect your vehicle for the missing weld. If it's found, you'll get a new vehicle or a full refund for the purchase price, free of charge. Just schedule a service date and they'll take care of it.
