What Happened
The door latch system in your S60, S60I, V60, or V60CC is the part that secures your doors shut. In certain 2011-2017 models, this latch can break, making it hard to close the doors or giving you a false sense that they're shut.
Risk if Unfixed
If your door latch breaks, you might think your door is closed, but it could still open while you're driving. This could cause a passenger or you to get hurt.
Free Fix
Your Volvo dealer will replace all four door latches with new ones, at no cost to you. This repair is free, and you should schedule it as soon as you get the recall notice.
