What Happened
The instrument cluster in your Ram is the part that shows you important info like what gear you're in and any warning lights. In certain 2025-2026 models, the software that powers this display can fail, making it go dark.
Risk if Unfixed
If your instrument panel display fails, you won't be able to see critical safety info like your gear selection or warning lights. This could lead to accidents, especially if you're driving in heavy traffic or conditions that require quick decisions.
Free Fix
Your dealership will update the software in your instrument panel for free. This repair is absolutely free, and you should schedule it as soon as you get the recall notice.
