WHEELS:HUBCAP/COVER

FORD MOTOR COMPANY
What Happened
The hubcaps on your 4x2 vehicle cover the wheels, but what's inside is critical - the hub connects your wheels to your vehicle. In some cases, the wrong type of hub was installed in your vehicle, which could cause the rear wheels to come loose or even fall off.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rear wheels come loose, you could lose control of your vehicle, which increases the risk of a serious crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect the rear hubs and replace them if necessary - at no cost to you. You should schedule the inspection as soon as you receive the recall notice.
