What Happened
The lower control arm in your Escape is a critical part that connects your front wheels to the rest of the vehicle. It helps you steer and stay stable on the road.
Risk if Unfixed
If it fails, you could lose control of your vehicle, making it harder to steer. This could lead to a serious crash.
Free Fix
Your Ford dealer will install a new reinforcement to prevent the control arm from breaking, and it will be done at no cost to you.
