What Happened
The rear quarter glass panels on your Bronco or Bronco Heritage are the windows that connect the hard top to the rear of your vehicle. In some 2023-2024 models, they might not be securely attached.
Risk if Unfixed
If the glass panels detach while you're driving, they could become a hazard on the road and increase the risk of a crash, which could harm you and others.
Free Fix
Your Ford dealer will inspect and fix the rear glass panels on your Bronco, or replace the rear left-hand panel on your Bronco Heritage, at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair when you receive the recall notice.

Original — What Happened
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Bronco and Bronco Heritage vehicles. The rear quarter glass panels may have been improperly installed to the vehicle hard top, which can allow them to detach.

Detached rear glass panels may create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will inspect and reinstall the rear glass panels on Bronco vehicles. On Bronco Heritage vehicles, dealers will replace the rear left-hand removable quarter glass panel. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Bronco owner notification letters were mailed June 6, 2024. Bronco Heritage owner letters were mailed June 12, 2024.
