What Happened
The pivot bolts in your Bronco's front seats are like the screws that hold the seat's height-adjustable part in place. In some 2021-2023 models, these bolts might be loose or come out completely, causing the seat to malfunction.
Risk if Unfixed
If a seat bolt is loose or missing, your seat may not keep you safely in place during a crash, increasing the risk of serious injury to you or your passengers.
Free Fix
Your Ford dealer will inspect and replace the pivot links and bolts as needed, and this repair is free for you. You should schedule the inspection and repair as soon as possible after receiving the recall notice.
