What Happened
The corner and bumper lamps that you installed on your vehicle might not have the required reflective strips. These strips are like little mirrors that help other drivers see your vehicle's position and direction at night.

If your lamps don't have these reflective strips, they won't be as visible to other drivers, especially at night. This could lead to a vehicle crash, especially if you're driving in heavy traffic or in low-light conditions.

Original — What Happened
SABERSPORT IS RECALLING 16,270 COMBINATION CORNER AND BUMPER LAMP ASSEMBLIES OF VARIOUS PART NUMBERS SOLD FOR USE AS AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT FOR VARIOUS PASSENGER VEHICLES. THESE HEADLAMPS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT." THESE LAMPS DO NOT CONTAIN THE REQUIRED AMBER SIDE REFLECTORS.
