What Happened
The rear quarter glass in your vehicle is the back window on the side. In some cases, the special bolts that hold it in place can come loose, causing the glass to detach from the car.
Risk if Unfixed
If this happens while you're driving, the glass can shatter and hit another vehicle or a pedestrian, causing serious injury or damage.
Free Fix
Your dealer will replace the rear quarter glass with a new one, free of charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as possible to ensure your safety on the road.

Original — What Happened
ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE REAR QUARTER GLASS ATTACHING FASTENERS MAY PULL THROUGH THEIR MOUNTS AND ALLOW THE GLASS TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE.

IF THE GLASS SEPARATES WHILE DRIVING, IT COULD STRIKE ANOTHER VEHICLE OR INJURE A PEDESTRIAN.
