SUSPENSION

Manufacturer

What Happened
The ball joint assembly in your vehicle's suspension system is a crucial part that connects the wheel to the rest of the suspension. In some cases, the nuts that hold it in place might not be the right type, which could lead to a problem.
Risk if Unfixed
If the nuts fail, the ball joint could loosen and separate, causing a loss of control over your vehicle. This could lead to a crash, which could result in serious injury or damage.
Free Fix
Your dealer will replace the ball joint assembly and the incorrect nuts with the correct ones, free of charge. You'll get a notice with instructions on how to proceed, and you should schedule the repair as soon as possible.
