What Happened
The fuel pump mounting bracket in your vehicle is the part that holds the fuel pump in place. In a rollover crash, this bracket could get damaged and start leaking fuel.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuel leaks and there's an ignition source nearby, it could catch fire, putting you and others at risk.
Free Fix
Your dealer will install a second seal around the fuel pump to prevent leaks. This repair is free, and you should schedule it as soon as possible after receiving the recall notice.

ON CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES, THE FUEL PUMP MODULE MOUNTING FLANGE COULD LEAK FUEL IF THE VEHICLE IS INVOLVED IN A ROLLOVER CRASH.

What Happened
The fuel supply line in your vehicle is a hose that delivers gasoline from the tank to the engine. Over time, it can rub against the air conditioning tube and wear down, causing a leak.
Risk if Unfixed
If the line leaks, and there's a spark nearby, it could catch fire, which is a serious safety risk.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect the fuel line for damage and add a clip to prevent it from rubbing against the air conditioning tube. If the line is already damaged, they'll replace it for you – free of charge.
