SEATS
Manufacturer

What Happened
The seat frame in your vehicle is the part that connects your seat to the floor of the car. In certain 2019-2021 BMW models, this frame may not have been welded correctly.
Risk if Unfixed
If your seat frame is not properly attached, you could be at risk of injury in a crash because the seat may not hold you in place as it should.
Free Fix
Your BMW dealer will replace the seat frame and back rest with new, properly welded parts — and it won't cost you a thing. You should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice in the mail.
