BACK OVER PREVENTION:DISPLAY FUNCTION

Manufacturer
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.
What Happened
The rearview camera in your vehicle is the display that shows you what's behind your car when you put it in reverse. In some 2022-2023 models, this display might not show anything or be unresponsive.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rearview camera is blank or not working, you'll have reduced visibility behind your vehicle, making it harder to avoid collisions or see potential hazards.
Free Fix
Your dealership will replace the rearview camera with a new one, free of charge. You'll get a letter when the parts are available, and you can also contact Volkswagen's customer service at 1-800-893-5298 or Audi's customer service at 1-800-253-2834 for more information.
