What Happened
The label on the rear seats of your vehicle doesn't clearly show where the child seat anchors are, and the owner's manual doesn't explain how to use them.
Risk if Unfixed
Not knowing where the child seat anchors are could make it harder for you to safely install a child seat, which could put your child at risk of injury in a crash.
Free Fix
You'll receive a corrected owner's manual supplement and a set of decals to attach to the rear seats, along with installation instructions. This will help you safely use your child seat. The repair is free, and you'll get the materials by September 15, 2002. If you have any questions, call VWOA at 1-800-822-8987.
