Manufacturer
TOYOTA MOTOR NORTH AMERICA, INC.
What Happened

Risk if Unfixed
If the accelerator pedal gets stuck, your vehicle could speed up uncontrollably and become difficult to stop, which could cause a crash, serious injury, or even death.
Free Fix
Your Toyota or Lexus dealer will modify or replace the accelerator pedal and replace the all-weather floor mat, all at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as possible.
