What Happened
The headlight on your BMW motorcycle has a bracket that holds the low beam reflector in place. In some 2021-2024 models, this bracket can break, causing the reflector to shift out of position.
Risk if Unfixed
If the bracket breaks, your headlight won't shine as brightly as it should. This could make it harder for you to see the road at night, or cause glare for other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your BMW dealer will replace the entire headlamp assembly with a new one, at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice, and you can contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417 if you have any questions.
