What Happened
The Gross Axle Weight Rating label on your Audi Q7 shows the maximum weight your vehicle can carry. Unfortunately, the label on your 2009-2015 model might be wrong, which means you might be unknowingly overloading your vehicle.

If you overload your vehicle, it could be more likely to roll or lose control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your Audi dealer will add a new label with the correct weight limit on top of the existing one, at no charge to you. This fix is free, and you should schedule it as soon as you receive the recall notice.
