What Happened
Your vehicle's fuel injectors might not have O-ring support discs, which can cause a fuel leak.
Risk if Unfixed
If this happens, there's a risk of a fire starting if there's an ignition source nearby.
Free Fix
A Ford dealership will replace the O-rings and support discs on your fuel injectors for free.

Original — What Happened
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023 Lincoln Corsair, 2023-2024 Escape, 2024 Mustang, and 2025 Explorer vehicles. The fuel injectors may have been assembled without O-ring support discs, which can result in a fuel leak.
Original — Risk if Unfixed
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will install new fuel injector O-rings and O-ring support discs, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on October 7, 2024. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 24S54.

Your 2024 Mustang with the 2.3L engine may have a damaged or cut low-pressure fuel supply line that could leak fuel.

A fuel leak can cause a fire if it's near hot engine or exhaust parts, and it can also make your engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford will replace the low-pressure fuel supply line for free, and they've already sent out a notification letter to you, but you can also contact them at 1-866-436-7332 or use recall number 24S19.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024 Mustang vehicles equipped with 2.3L engines. The low-pressure fuel supply line may be damaged or cut, which can result in a fuel leak.
